After the ravaging success of the Galaxy Note 2, the Korean phone maker has released the latest device in the Galaxy stable, the Galaxy Note 3. With the latest in the phablet (phone + tablet) series, Galaxy Note 3 claims its success to the “bigger is better” mantra. It comes with a huge 5.7" screen with 1080 × 1920 super AMOLED display having full HD capability and a pixel density of 386 ppi. It comes with other standard features such as a 3200 mAh battery, microSD slot, and micro SIM capability. Somehow, Samsung has managed to make this phone smaller than its predecessor—measuring 151.2 × 79.2 × 8.3 mm. It comes with a 13 MP rear camera and weighing at 168 g, considerably smaller than the Galaxy Note 2 (183 g). It comes with an insanely powerful 2.3 GHz quad-core processor and runs on the latest Android operating system, Android Jelly Bean 4.3.Although it is priced at Rs. 49,900 in India, only time will tell if the Note 3 will prove to be a worthy opponent to the other phablets in the market, e.g., the Sony

Apart from the camera and OS, I could not find any subsequent change in note 3 from its predecessor.

There's also a difference in size specifications and weight.
